Return & Exchange Policy — MR Collections

At Mouni Rajashekar Collections, every product is carefully checked and packed to ensure the best quality reaches our customers. As we deal with ethnic wear and delicate fabrics, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

❌ No Return Policy

All purchases made from MR Collections are non-returnable.

We do not accept returns once the order is confirmed, shipped, or delivered.

❌ No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is booked or confirmed:

  • Cancellation is not allowed

  • Order modifications are not permitted

  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations

Please verify product details, size, address, and contact information before placing your order.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Items)

Exchange is allowed only if the product is damaged during transit.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues

  • Color preference

  • Design preference

  • Personal dislikes

  • Minor variations due to lighting or screen display

🎥 Mandatory Proof for Damage Claims

To request an exchange for a damaged item, the following conditions must be strictly followed:

✔ A parcel opening video is mandatory
✔ The video must show the sealed package clearly
✔ A complete 360-degree view of the parcel must be recorded
✔ The video must start before opening the package
✔ The damage must be clearly visible in the video

⚠️ Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

⏰ Reporting Time for Damages

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or phone call.

Delayed claims may not be processed.

📦 Exchange Process

If your request meets all conditions:

  1. Our team will review the video proof

  2. Approval will be provided if the claim is valid

  3. Replacement will be arranged based on product availability

  4. If the same product is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be offered

MR Collections reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling will not be eligible

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
