At Mouni Rajashekar Collections, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered safely to our customers across India. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timeline

We deliver orders across India.

Estimated Delivery Time:
🕒 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of products in the order.

Within India:

  • ₹100 for the first 1–2 products

  • ₹50 for each additional product

Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of order confirmation.

📍 Delivery Coverage

MR Collections ships to all serviceable locations across India.
If your location is not covered by our courier partners, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

While we try our best to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Natural calamities or extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Courier partner issues

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

MR Collections is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

📦 Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address.

If delivery fails multiple times, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

❗ Important Note

Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered, record a parcel opening video before unpacking to claim any transit damage.
