4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or booking confirmation

  • Once an order is booked, cancellation is not allowed

  • MR Collections reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances

5. Shipping & Delivery

📦 Delivery across India within 5–7 working days

🚚 Shipping Charges:

  • First 1–2 kg: ₹100

  • Each additional 1 kg: ₹50

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

❌ No return
❌ No exchange
❌ No cancellation once the order is booked

✔ Exchange is allowed ONLY for items damaged during transit.

Mandatory Conditions for Damage Exchange:

  • Parcel opening video is required

  • 360-degree video of the sealed package must be recorded

  • Video must start before opening the parcel

  • Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted

MR Collections reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on the evidence provided.

7. Product Usage & Care

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking size, description, and product details before ordering

  • Following fabric care instructions provided

  • Proper handling after delivery

MR Collections will not be responsible for damage caused after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Text

  • Graphics

are the property of MR Collections and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MR Collections shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delay caused by courier services

  • Loss due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Natural events or circumstances beyond our control

Customer information is collected only for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except when required for delivery or legal obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
